The Zen Den is a little slice of heaven nestled upstairs at Rainbow Lagoon, with the focus on wellness we have created an area for you to come and Relax, Restore, Reconnect.
​
The infrared sauna can seat a maximum of 6 or you can raise the back and have two loungers for the ultimate relaxation. With private sessions you can choose your guests and your relaxation journey, through our wellness guide you have a wealth of information and advise if you would like a guide through your first or next wellness experience.

During your selected booking time you can choose to follow a journey ranging from a quick recharge to the ultimate recovery or take your own route through the wellness equipment available.
​
Private sessions a little too much? We offer community saunas too, this allows anyone to book into a 30 minute session to come and enjoy the infrared heat. A community session will just offer the use of the sauna.

Pricing
A private sauna session lasting 50 minutes starts from £45.00, you can have a minimum of 2 users or a max of 6 users.
Community sessions start from £8.00 for 30 minutes

Parking
There is parking available immediately in front of the unit, if this is unavailable please do not park in front of the roller doors or outside another unit/business. Additional parking is available at the front of the site on the right hand side or out on the main road. Please do not park in Dents car park.
